Trough shaped upper support roller group
The groove upper roller group can be divided into two roller groups, three roller groups, and five roller groups according to the number of rollers installed. The more rollers there are, the larger the groove shape, the smoother the belt bending, and the longer the service life. The three roller group is the most widely used, with roller groove angles of 30 °, 35 °, and 45 °. The larger the groove angle, the stronger the conveying capacity, which can reduce deviation and material scattering.
Lower supporting roller group
Function: Support and restrain the unloaded conveyor belt. Structure: Generally, a parallel roller group is used. When the conveyor belt is long, in order to prevent the conveyor belt from deviating, a double roller idler group with smaller groove angles is also used.
