The secretary of the Youth League branch read out the competition rules and precautions, and determined the order of the contestants' participation by drawing lots. During the competition, the contestants closely focused on the theme of the Quality Month activity, using different forms of speeches and unique perspectives, combined with their own job and actual work characteristics, to express their emotions and intonation with deep and vivid language. They discussed how to improve the level of product quality management, the problems that the company has in product quality management, and how to strengthen communication and exchange between the previous and next processes, A speech was given on the formation of positive interaction and continuous improvement of quality. After intense competition, one first prize, one second prize, and one third prize were ultimately selected.
